Client Service
Led by our Client Service Partners, this team is responsible for both winning new assignments and delivering them. Its activities span everything from business development and client relations to consulting and project management.
Client Service Partner
You’ll be at the very forefront of a-connect – developing client relationships, winning new assignments, expanding our industry footprint. It’s a role with lots of variety. One moment, you could be collaborating with a client to identify a strategic or operational issue; the next, with a Talent Service Partner to find the perfect consultant to solve it. One thing is for certain though: you’ll have the industry insight, entrepreneurial spirit and energetic approach to make this high-profile role all your own.

You’ve proven your project skills already. Now you’re keen to bring them to a place where you’ll have an even bigger impact. We’ll want you to scope, structure and manage our projects from concept to completion. It’s a challenge that will see you engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. Keeping projects on track, you’ll anticipate and troubleshoot issues before they arise. You’ll also take the initiative in deepening our client relationships and helping us seize business opportunities.

Talent
Once a challenge has been identified, it’s down to a-connect to find the perfect consultant to solve it. There may only be a handful of people in the world with the right skills and experience. And that’s where our Talent team comes in.
Talent Service Partner
You’ll find the talent to make every project a success. Working with Client Service Partners, you’ll translate project goals into roles and people, recruiting and building teams that are cohesive and effective. Whether recruiting from our own extensive talent pool or in the external market, you’ll know how to look beyond someone’s CV and assess their motivation and drive. You’ll also play a proactive role in growing our network of independent professionals.
Global Functions
This busy team is the central point of contact for us and our independent professionals out in the field. Our colleagues in Global Functions take care of all the end-to-end operational support that is critical for the success of our business.
Your eye for detail and organised approach will keep us running smoothly. Whether you’re handling correspondence, organising meetings or booking a flight, you’ll handle everything with maximum efficiency. It’s a busy role that spans a whole range of tasks. One moment, you could be checking and sending out a contract to one of our independent professionals; the next, processing an invoice or speaking to a client on the phone. That’s why we’ll need you to be personable as well as reliable.
