Ranjit’s career – with nearly 25 years of experience in the professional services industry – has revolved around building companies (ventures and corporates), embedding technology in business (innovation and digital transformation) and driving the people dimension in organizations (leadership, skills, culture). He is co-founder of FOUND, a Zurich-based early-stage venture disrupting the recruitment market. He also serves as a non-executive board member as well as advisory board member to a number of technology ventures and HR services companies in Europe and the United States, where he’s focused on supporting these organization on the topics of go-to-market, innovation and people.
