Patrick James has always loved that ‘eureka’ moment when a discovery or new connection is made.  That drive to make discoveries is what originally led him to obtain a Ph.D. in Developmental Genetics then to develop insights for his clients in business.  While the subject matter might have changed from analyzing DNA to understanding EBITDA – his enjoyment of taking apart complex problems then solving smaller, more discreet issues, has remained the same.
