Manuela is an experienced strategy consultant with a specific functional expertise in different areas within the field of corporate responsibility and sustainability. For her clients across industries she focuses on the development of CSR and sustainability strategies, KPI and management systems and on optimizing organizational structures and processes.

Prior to working independently she was a consultant at McKinsey for 6 years, serving clients in Germany and Europe for a great variety of industries. Manuela studied business administration at Bayreuth University and at the University of Oporto (Portugal). She completed her PhD studies about the “Business case for CSR” at the Centre for Sustainability Management at Leuphana University Lueneburg, where she also works as a lecturer today.
