Focusing on Operations Transformation, Javier combines 18 years of professional experience. He worked in the textile, aerospace and automotive industries before moving into consulting. He Learned Lean Manufacturing while working at Denso (Toyota group) in Japan. He worked for eight years in the Operations practice of McKinsey & Company, where he was a Senior Expert. In 2012, he co-founded the Spanish branch of DirAction, a group of hands-on Professionals with a deep expertise in Operations Management, Operational Performance Improvement, and Organizational Enhancement. Javier combines deep expertise in Operations improvement principles with a hands-on, pragmatic working style. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and has a Chef diploma from Le Cordon Bleu cooking academy.
