Antonia is a management consultant and executive coach with more than 10 years of international experience. Antonia’s main areas of expertise are change management, organizational design-, team- and leadership-development as well as HR. Her competences range from strategy development, analysis and implementation to project management of large transformations. She is an experienced change facilitator and negotiator and further capable of motivating and enabling people at all levels of management.

Antonia worked as Senior Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Before that she worked in Brussels and Vienna for the Federation of Austrian Industries. In addition, she was a scientific researcher and managed projects for the United Nations, mainly in the area of microfinance. Since 2014 she works as independent senior advisor and sparring partner for numerous companies and institutions and is among others networking partner of a-connect. Antonia holds a master’s degree in Business and a Doctorate in Economics. She is certified Professional Master Practitioner for mediation, coaching and crisis intervention.
