Already as a child Konrad kept asking why things have to be the way they are. After his studies of business administration, by choosing the career of a management consultant, challenging the status quo became his profession. He worked at Capgemini, The Berkeley Partnership and Value Partners on projects around the globe.

With his curiosity and innovativeness, Konrad helped to develop strategies and new business models for leading organizations across a wide range of industries. Another passion of his became designing and implementing complex transformation programs, where he is able to play out his interpersonal skills. Thus, he brought multi-billion dollar mergers, global acquisitions and strategic divestitures through rigorous execution to success.

Today at a-connect, Konrad focuses on serving clients in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and agribusiness throughout Latin America. Besides, he co-manages the hub for this region.

Outside of his work, Konrad supports disadvantaged communities through social projects in education and healthcare.
