Kelly loves working as a liaison, distilling and translating client priorities to achieve success. Kelly’s unique cross-functional experience enables her to strategically guide clients on transformation and growth in this competitive environment.

Kelly brings substantial experience advising senior executives across the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industries, most recently with executive search firm Russell Reynolds. Prior to Russell Reynolds, Lewis spent six years at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she held roles in business development, investor relations and corporate innovation. Earlier, Lewis worked at Cubist Pharmaceuticals in investor relations and business analytics and in business development for pharmaceutical and medical companies in both Massachusetts and London. She began her career in consulting at The Boston Consulting Group.

Kelly holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University, and an MPhil in Epidemiology from the University of Cambridge.
