Elisabeth really gets a kick out of developing clients and finding the exact right fit professional for a tough to staff project – this gives her a huge amount of satisfaction. She spent the first 6 years of her career in sales, working in the IT contract recruitment industry in Switzerland, before finding a happy home at a-connect.
Elisabeth works out of a-connect’s London office – developing and serving Financial Services and Private Equity clients, sourcing and interviewing independent professionals to the network which she then goes on to match to projects and client needs.
Happiest when sitting around the round table in her mum and dad's kitchen with the whole family, wine in their glasses and food on their plates talking over each other and telling stories.
