Niki has always believed that people make a company successful. This is the reason why she focused on the HR field after completing her engineering studies. Her previous experience in PwC HR consulting and line HR roles has given her a holistic approach in identifying and implementing the best practices to attract, retain and develop people.

Believing in the value of international experience, Niki completed her master’s degree in the UK, worked for a couple of years in Greece and is now based in Zurich.
