Melanie has a medical background as a dental assistant and developed a passion for administrative tasks early on. Before joining a-connect, she worked in an administrative position at the Heart Center of the University Hospital Zurich, where she interacted with patients, doctors, suppliers and a variety of other stakeholders. Melanie is, and has always been open to new things, which is a great asset given the variety of tasks and responsibilities she takes on at a-connect.
