Founded in 2002, we now serve many of the world’s best-known companies. Our talent pool spans over 70 countries and comprises a network of more than 2,400 independent professionals. Who leads us
While our two founders Hanne and Nils are still fully involved in the business, our strategy and day-to-day management is led by Bernhard Stadler and Julia Neubauer. Both bring a wealth of experience across our business and in consulting, paired with an ambitious strategy for a-connect: one that will see us grow rapidly over the next five years and further develop our human-led, digitally enabled consultancy.
