Martin has always been passionate about the Life Sciences & Healthcare ecosystem. He started out with research in neurosciences and after graduation as a Medical Doctor, worked in clinical psychiatry. His passion for innovative treatments brought him into the pharmaceutical industry, where he honed his skills in planning, launching and commercializing novel therapies on a local, European and global scale. When he moved on into consulting with EY, he focused on Commercial Excellence, innovative business models and Digital Therapeutics. As a Systemic Coach, Martin is convinced that innovation will only prosper when tackled as a team.

Today at a-connect, Martin helps clients in Life Sciences and Healthcare master the challenges of change, evolution and disruption.  Most of all he enjoys, jointly with his clients, building and implementing customized strategies and individualized transformations – because every client and every challenge is different.
