Emeric has always been fascinated and thrilled by the creative force of entrepreneurship, being it from start-up creators or corporate entrepreneurs in large organizations. This deep passion for driving innovation and transformation initiatives has permeated his whole career: from working at Renault participating in the implementation of the finance function of the newly created Latam Business unit, through McKinsey developing new business models in healthcare, media and internet or as an independent consultant supporting Brazilian agribusiness clients. At a-connect, Emeric fulfills his passion by supporting our clients from the Agri, Food and Private Equity industries in Latam as well as by managing our Latam hub which he opened in 2012.

During his free time, he is also a coach and investor in tech start-ups in Brazil. He strongly believes that real life experience is key and that the best way to learn and more effectively help clients is to walk the talk!
